Runnymede - Bloor West Village

The Bloor West Village neighbourhood is a compilation of the popular Bloor West shopping district framed by tree lined streets and fairly homogeneous homes dating back to the early to mid 1900's. Conveniently situated between two subway stops, Runnymede and Jane St, the area features great restaurants, cafés, clothing shops, specialty food stores and a wide range services. The majority of houses have been updated / renovated, most in keeping with the neighbourhoods character. For the most part they are semi-detached and detached brick, two-storey and 2 1/2-storey, many with deep porches and signature columns. 

Slightly to the north, the Runnymede neighbourhood features largely Semi- attached and 2 Storey homes with neighbourhood shopping along Jane St., Dundas St. West and Annettte St.
